If needed, we conduct a personality test on the workers. Knowing the personality of a person makes easier to analyze his suitability to the given job. We use a grading method patented in Russia ЭСКАЛ.

A specialized worker ia a trained specialist in his field. It’s possible to find a specialist for almost any job in Ukraine, with it’s 42,5 million citizens.

80% of Ukraine specialist worker candidates have a higher education. But this does not mean that we don’t test their skills beforehand. Welders, electricians, lathe workers, milling workers, drivers and etc have to pass a practical workskill test before starting with the job in Estonia.
